"We chose to go Preferred membership. As previous residents at Secrets Maroma Beach, we kind of had an idea of what this place had to offer. It is a little older of a resort, but they are working hard to renovate the grounds. Checking in was a little of a hassle. They took us to the Preferred area to check in, but it was a cluster and feel that we would have gotten in just as fast at the main lobby. Room service and buffet was good. The room temperature was nice and cool. We were always able to find a set of chairs on the beach. Definitely wear or bring water shoes. We love the beach and was able to find a clear, sandy space a little ways off the beachfront. The swim up bar and pool was okay. Needed to have minor leaves and debris skimmed, but okay. Again-pool area could use a good upgrade. Maybe it was just the time of the year and not as crazy, but the atmosphere was chill and everyone was just relaxing & having a good time. Shout out to Angel -bartender in the Preferred lobby. He made up some killer drinks and had a great time chatting with him!"

"I loved staying here! I came to do diving at the dive shop on site and it was perfect. The room was AMAZING and massive! The shower was so perfect and I had an amazing view of the beach. They have an all inclusive option but decided not to do it bc was out all day with diving. The restaurant on site was really good for dinner, and also tried breakfast one of the mornings. The hotel beach is sooo pretty, and you can watch the sunset from there, and you can also snorkel with lots of colorful fish! The dive shop was great, the guys there were really good and helpful, very nice and experienced dive masters and just overall a good time! I felt safe the whole time. Def recommend staying here if you want to go diving in Cozumel. I can’t wait to come back!"

"We stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday. We had a good time, just not a great time. This is our first time staying on the island this long. We are used to staying in all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. That said, my expectations were a little high. The activities were very minimal compared to what we experienced before. I don’t want to talk badly about the hotel cause my daughter had a good time overall, I just wanted a bit more. I may not stay here again, but if we do, for lesser amount of days, we stayed 7 days."
