"This hotel was exceptional. The room was a little outdated but very clean and an amazing view. All the food was really good and much better than a lot of restaurants. The staff was so friendly and our Butler, Alfonso was just fantastic! He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you Alfonso and thank you Sunset Beach"

"Very clean resort. Staff was super friendly, we were in mountain view and it was quiet in that section which we appreciated. The 3 pool areas were great with one having a kids splash pool. They had a French fry, burger/ hotdog/ pizza area that was great for my granddaughter as she wouldn’t eat buffet. 4 speciality restaurants to choose from. Could use a snack shop but xoxx is down the block. Nightly entertainment was great. Would recommend resort."

"Even though parts of the hotel is under construction and other parts are a little run down, this is a relaxing spot for families at a great cost. Customer services is great and the view is amazing. Very close for a walk outside the hotel with shops and restaurants to visit. "

"I recently stayed at Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive in Puerto Vallarta, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience that I’d rate a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The location is one of the biggest highlights—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water, plus it’s conveniently close to downtown. The staff was generally friendly and hardworking, and several went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. "

"The room was clean , the air conditioning was great, the continental breakfast was adequate as was the roof top pool and lounge area . The staff were great especially the evening shift at the front desk , she was very friendly and helped us more than once always with a big smile . "

"There were problems checking into the property. I did not receive the necessary codes to enter the property which caused a 3 hour check in delay. "

"The room was very well cleaned when we arrived, as was the resort itself. There was wifi in the rooms however it was weak in some spots but it’s no problem. The staff was lovely, the pool waiter Julian was AMAZING always was checking on us and made us feel like we were at home, he went above and beyond even when we were not in his section. Angel the bartender was amazing at making our drinks, as three young girls travelling alone he looked out for us and always made sure we were comfortable....
