"Even though parts of the hotel is under construction and other parts are a little run down, this is a relaxing spot for families at a great cost. Customer services is great and the view is amazing. Very close for a walk outside the hotel with shops and restaurants to visit. "

"The staff were amazing. The food is what you’d expect at a none 5 star resort. They weee constantly cleaning. The resort is an older resort. Those that complain need to understand this and realize this resort offers. "

"Very clean resort. Staff was super friendly, we were in mountain view and it was quiet in that section which we appreciated. The 3 pool areas were great with one having a kids splash pool. They had a French fry, burger/ hotdog/ pizza area that was great for my granddaughter as she wouldn’t eat buffet. 4 speciality restaurants to choose from. Could use a snack shop but xoxx is down the block. Nightly entertainment was great. Would recommend resort."

"Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was great, traditional Mexican style rooms. The pool staff were so amazing! We never had to wait for drinks and food. I had a broken leg while we were there and they were always so courteous in helping me get around and making sure I had what I needed to be comfortable. Overall resort was nice and clean, pool was perfect and the activities they had during the day were fun. "
