"Great stay"

"I liked that the hotel was close to Hakata Station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok just a little out dated. Liked that there was a place for washing clothes. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very satisfying. Liked that we were close to all the shopping stores."

"The cleanliness of the room is good no doubt is eco cleaning but daily the house keeper will change the clean towel & clear all rubbish. Air condition is ok don’t know it because is Feb temperature around 12 degree therefore the adjusted during the night feels abit warm. Overall the hotel is very convenient location within walking distance is the JR HAKATA STATION, CITY, Kitte OiOi big shopping mall & lots of restaurants with yummy local food & other cuisine. Thank you very much for JR Kyushu blossom hotel Hakata Chuo the mangement & team for their friendly,attentiveness & patience, this is definitely a best choice. I will be back again next visit to Japan. Breakfast no chance of trying it maybe during my next visit. "

"There was black mold in my bathroom as well as downstairs in the lobby. My ceiling was covered in dust. The staff were nice and helpful though."

"It's a 9h capsule hotel. You can't have high expectations. No early check-in because they have to clean and change sheets. They also accept early luggage drop off at no cost. My only complaint is that you have to take an exterior elevator to enter and exit the hotel. And there's an internal elevator to traverse floors. You are required to take 2 separate elevators to navigate this hotel. That's just poor design, or their solution to a retrofit. Very inconvenient. Other than that, great if you're on a budget."
