"Lots of stairs but well maintained historical building"

"This room was horribly filthy. Do not stay here. Even though I sent pictures of the room's filth there was no compensation. "They couldn't do anything" other than offer a 50% off coupon. The bedding smelled so heavily of urine that we couldn't have it on the bed. Be warned, this place is gross and the management is worse. "

"The hotel is very unique, we've never stayed here before. Though we did not use the pool, it looked very nice and lovely with the plants and atrium area. This hotel is obviously very family friendly so it was a little loud with kids yelling and running around. Our door to the hotel room would "jump" every time a neighbor closed there door so it was a little startling. We tried to muffle the impact with the spare blanket. Maybe a weather strip or some device would help with this. Overall, the room was clean and updated. Close to amenities for shopping. Only a 20 minute drive to St Joseph's hospital."

"Expedia listed this hotel as having a hot tub, but it did not have one. I specifically chose this hotel over others in the area as my son requested a hotel with a hot tub. Quite the surprise when I asked about hot tub hours at the front desk when checking in only to be told that they don't have one! Very disappointing!"
