"I had booked a balcony suite w/view but when I got there, they said it would be a patio. It was VERY important for me to have a balcony for various reasons. SERGIO got it done—totally saved the day! Wasn’t able to go any vacation for 10 years prior and won’t be able to again. This was very important to me. A wonderful stay."

"It was perfect. Check-in was smooth, we even got in earlier than we were supposed to. Room and jacuzzi was clean. Bed was comfy and fluffy pillows. Shower water was soft. Had fun doing basketball, life size chess, and played pool at the restaurant. Very pleasant and peaceful. We will come back soon 💕"

"In the village of Oak Creek. Close to everything. The room had a kitchen and stove top and it was great! We also used the heated pool and heated spa. Also close to hiking trails."

"The the location is so beautiful with the surrounding mountains. The peaceful quiet feel of the grounds and serene environment. We love the friendly staff and the option to get good eats and coffee at the silver stream. It's nice to have everything right at your fingertips including hiking. You don't have to driveanywhere if you don't want to and there's a shuttle available. All in all we love it and we will be back!"
