"The pool was so cold. Disappointing because U wanted to swim. They offered an accessibility room with roll in shower, on the reservation. We had a tub which was very difficult to get my daughter in. "

"Check in was problematic - second deposit was requested until I showed on my phone a debit charge to my visa. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with pleasant staff."

"We were in Room 360. Bed was super comfortable but there was this humming noise that wasn't that loud but it was audible enough that it slightly disturbed our sleep. Like the Express checkout. We use the luggage carts from the airport to get to the hotel but can never find a luggage cart when it's time to leave the hotel for our flight."

"The breakfast was wonderful as thought I was in Europe as it was so good . Staff were kind and very thoughtful . Room was lovely and clean . Could not get the T V working and ask for help and they never came as that was sad . We out to a awards night and took both our room cards and returned and there was another in where you put it in inside the room . My daughter question this and they were going to get back to us and not one ever did after the investgation of this . Left feeling sad about this .. "
