"We've stayed here two years in a row and have now had another great experience. Very clean, great amenities, friendly staff and unmatched location. Pool area does get very crowded during the day, but we just go to the beach instead! Family friendly, great for couples (us) and every trip in between. Will be back next year!"

"Room was clean, only issue was the air conditioner leaked but we just kept things away from it. Love that it had a good truck and car at the pool and lots of things to keep the kids busy on the beach. Hot tub was always hot (feel like hot tubs at hotels are always like warm) we got there early and our room was surprisingly ready. We really had a great stay and highly recommend. "

"Cons first. The palm court Italian restaurant was awful. The waitress was wonderful but the food was horrible. Zero flavor, overcooked, or bad tasting. I cannot stress enough do not waste your money. Rooms. While great size the walls are extremely thin. We could hear EVERYTHING. Made sleep difficult. Elevators were always not working. We were on the 7th floor so we needed to use them but if I wasn’t I would have never touched them again Lastly, be prepared to pay for a lot. I recommend stopping at a store or a Instacart to help with expenses. Tip. There are white boxes by the beaches. Families will leave sand and pool toys there when they leave. Just borrow no need to buy any. Pros: The most family friendly resort I have been to ever. There is so much to do for kids. Feeding the ducks, paddle boats, crafts, movies, smores, and endless beach and pool. There was not a moment of boredom even possible. We just went as a family of 3 and it was amazing. Beach was beautiful and clean. Water crystal clear. RumFish grill is fantastic! Easily best meal. Bitsro was pretty good and a solid staple. "

"For premium price paid the rooms were very outdated. Shower was very poor. The beach and lounge chairs were perfect. The kids working the beach are great. Bartenders by pool very slow an seemed annoyed when bar was busy. For a pool area with many kids present at 10 am the DJ played rap music as loud as he could a couple days. Seemed odd for family resort. Maid service done a great job. Firepits good."

"Very unhappy that I paid for a beachfront view with a balcony and what I got was a third floor room on top of their sloppy joes restaurant. So from that balcony I saw two large roof top air conditioners, 30 feet of roof, then the beach in the background. Very disappointing. From a cleanliness perspective based him was not cleaned well. "
