"Parking was tight. Worst Hotel I ever stayed in. Nothing about it was good. No water view that was promised. People outside of our room partying all night. People smoking cigarettes next door to us. We wanted no smoking. Room was old bathroom had rust all over metal tracks. Shower faucet leaked. I need my money reimbursed."

"Hotel was way overpriced for quality. Felt it was just a normal hotel with an insane overnight. Have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Maui on the executive floor for less. "

"Room was clean, only issue was the air conditioner leaked but we just kept things away from it. Love that it had a good truck and car at the pool and lots of things to keep the kids busy on the beach. Hot tub was always hot (feel like hot tubs at hotels are always like warm) we got there early and our room was surprisingly ready. We really had a great stay and highly recommend. "

"For premium price paid the rooms were very outdated. Shower was very poor. The beach and lounge chairs were perfect. The kids working the beach are great. Bartenders by pool very slow an seemed annoyed when bar was busy. For a pool area with many kids present at 10 am the DJ played rap music as loud as he could a couple days. Seemed odd for family resort. Maid service done a great job. Firepits good."

"Very unhappy that I paid for a beachfront view with a balcony and what I got was a third floor room on top of their sloppy joes restaurant. So from that balcony I saw two large roof top air conditioners, 30 feet of roof, then the beach in the background. Very disappointing. From a cleanliness perspective based him was not cleaned well. "
