"Hotel location good for London. About a 6 minute walk to the Earls Court underground station with direct access to/from Heathrow airport. Also close to the 74 bus line which services the Museum district, Harrods, Buckingham Palace. Every hotel worker we met cheerful and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts, boiled eggs, juices, tea and coffee."

"On arrival we received a free upgrade to a beautifully spacious room. Very comfortable bed!! Large windows. Kettle & refrigerator were great as we were staying 9 nights. Deep bathtub with shower! Good continental breakfast included. Staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel is quick walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, V&A Museum. Overall we were delighted with our stay!
