"When arriving at the hotel, we had to wait at least 15 minutes untill somebody showed up to check us in, there is a buzzer one can use but it was completely ignored by the staff. We booked a double room but there was only 1 towel. Once again there was nodoby at the reception desk to ask for more towels so we left a note. The next morning we wanted to eat breakfast at the hotel, we booked a room without it so we needed to pay for it of course but the lady working at that time did everything in...

The hotel staff was very helpful in booking a transfer to the hotel for an early flight out and the hotel was close to many sights in Edinburgh. "
