"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and I would stay there again if I wanted to stay in this area. Close to the the end of the grand canal, which makes it easy to get to a cab or bus to go to the airport. The hotel even arranged a porter to pick up our luggage and a cab to drive us to the airport, which was very helpful. Super nice hotel staff. Breakfast was included. Nice breakfast - eggs, bacon, toast, plain yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, cappuccino/latte machine, juices, and sweet treats (chocolate croissants.) The only downside: - The pillows were too thin (we did not go ask for more pillows as we were there only one night). - Shower located in the middle of the bathtub which was kind of unusual and not so easy to use. - We were there on a Friday night and there was loud music playing outside that resulted in bass thumps in hotel room until about 11:00 - then it was nice and quiet after that."

"The location was perfect for us as we were arriving and departing by train. It's a 5 minute walk to the train terminal. It's a safe area and near the water taxi and water bus. We didn't try the breakfast at the hotel as there are so many bakeries and coffee shops in the area. The amenities were basic."

"The hotel is just 20 steps away from the “public “ water transit stop Ca d’oro . And very few steps from the main street, where you can see the crowd walking and many different amenities, restaurants. On the other hand the two ladies at reception are amazingly helpful and kind at all times ."

"The hotel was in a great location and it was a really nice hotel but the bathroom smelled straight up like nasty swamp sewage smell to it. So, that one thing to be aware of. But other than that nice place great breakfast and nice room"

"Ideal location if you want to be close to the train station. Highly recommend a grand canal view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants and shops in short walking distance."
