"This was our second stay at the Grand Nikko and we were as impressed the 2nd time as we were the first. It's a beautiful property with excellent location. The train station was an easy walk (perhaps 50 yards or so), which made travel into Tokyo very easy. Should we travel to Tokyo again we will not hesitate to stay there again."

Once we were done with the hustle & bustle, we could get back into the comfort of our room with a lovely view of Tokyo Bay. The staff were all very polite & friendly, particularly the ones looking after the breakfast buffet :)"

"Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! We were a last minute booking after we missed our connecting flight at Haneda. We had no luggage or anything besides what we were wearing and our back packs. I was very pleasantly surprised that the room had all the amenities we needed including skincare! The breakfast buffet was good, and staff there were excellent as well! Thank you for us tired, stranded tavellers!"

"Das Zimmer war gros und sauber, die Küche und das Bad waren zum benutzen eingerichtet. Shampoo und änliches wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon, welcher zur Straßenseite ging. Dementsprechend war es Abends nicht möglich mit offener Tür zu schlafen, da es relativ laut wegen der Schnellstraße war. Die Anweisungen um aufs Zimmer zu kommen kamen leider immer nur auf japanisch, was den "self-check-in" erschwerte. Einen Zimmerservice gibt es ebenfalls nicht, dafür aber...

It’s also very kid-friendly, with enough space for families to relax without feeling cramped. One of the biggest conveniences was the washer-dryer combo in the unit—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa was excellent from start to finish. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and felt like a quiet escape from the busy parts of Tokyo while still being incredibly convenient to Shinagawa Station and transportation. The Japanese gardens were stunning, especially at night, and made the hotel feel very special and relaxing. "I greatly appreciate the staff's help with my special requests, including sending luggage via Yamato transport . The local area doesn't have that much to offer tourists itself, but is a good central point to explore Tokyo. This hotel is also helpfully located directly opposite an entrance to the metro (no elevator though)."

"Excellent location near multiple train/subway lines. It is a great value, but be warned that the smallest room will truly only accommodate one person and that is one person without a lot of luggage. The staff was very friendly and it serves as a comfortable but snug place to rest!"
