"Nice hotel, really helpful staff, clean and modern. Ikebukuro is a great location and the hotel is very close to the station for easy access to all the places you'll want to go. Rooms are small, but this is central Tokyo! Only minor complaint is that the one pillow was tiny."

"Everything is functional, accessible and quiet. After the hustle and bustle settling in a hotel slightly away from the electric spots is very relaxing. A train ride away will get you there. 5 minute walk to a train station. Room is always kept clean. Amenities are practical. "

"There are not enough lifts to service stayers. Breakfast is ok but you will bored if you have it more than once. The best part about this hotel is being connected to sunshine city. The hotel has a conbini and the limousine bus to airport stops at this hotel. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk to ikebukuko station."

"Everything we needed! Super close to train station and a nice quiet neighbourhood. One stop away from Ikebukuro is convenient as well. Very spacious and would highly recommend! "

"This property was so great! Literally 5 metres from a local grocery store and next to it a 711. Very pleasant 5 min walk to the train station. The property inside was also great, lots of room for a family of 5 and could accommodate twice that. Highly recommend! We hope to be back soon! Thanks "

"Overall the listing was not what we had expected. The address was not accurate and led us to a completely different block. We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though!"

"Helpful staff, good breakfast, good air con & really comfy beds in a good sized room for Tokyo. Otsuka, where the hotel is, is only 20mins by train to Shibuya - and a 2mins walk to Otsuka station (on the Yamamote Line). It’s well worth being slightly further away to get a more sensibly priced hotel. "
