Hotels in Chow Kit

"The actual place looks nothing like the photos. Bedsheets are dirty. Rugs are stained and damaged. Insects are everywhere. I checked in left within 15 minutes for another hotel. The management just ignored my complaints and refused to do any refund. Truly disappointing experience. "
