Plenty of places within walking distance: Notre Dame, Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Luxembourg Castle and Garden, boat docks for Seine cruises, patisseries galore. Only problem was low setting for hot water."

"The staff are so helpful, Accommodating and very kind. They serve with an amazing flare expected of French gentlemen. The location is perfect for access to the Airport, subway stations, Montparnasse train station and many bus stops. There are tons of restaurants and shops close by. While the rooms are small, we didn’t spend much time there because we were always out seeing the sites. Great place to stop and drop into bed. "

"Basic accommodations, pretty much as one might expect in Paris at this price point. Street noise was apparent but tolerable. Shared toilet is tiny... even for Paris. I'm 6'3" & 250 lbs, tight fit, to say the least. The fact one has to traverse a spiral staircase to get to the toilet is a bit unnerving (especially in the middle of the night)."

"The location was excellent. central location to the majority of main sites, a couple of blocks from Notre Dame which we saw multiple time coming and going each day. Lively but not noisy neighborhood with food, coffee, groceries, ATMs, bus/subways and car rental close by. Friendly, helpful staff. A good room at a good price. "

"It was the perfect Parisian stay. The classic French balcony- where we had a beautiful view of the city and the Eiffel Tower where we could watch it sparkle each night. Very comfortable beds and cute old elevator that worked great to get us to the 6th floor. We loved our stay here"
