"Fantastic location! Getting to Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing was so easy. Hotel was immaculate and we had wonderful views from our room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Response when we called for anything was lightning fast. Food was delicious! Highly recommend!"

"Good location. Small but clean and modern room. Small rooms are not inusual in the city but for the price it felt particularly small. Clean room, but no windows or natural light. Noisy at night, woken by birds early morning. There is an automatic light for the bathroom which turns on if you move in bed - very frustrating. It’s fine for a night but wouldn’t spend longer than one night there"

"Great property. Pictures as described and everything inside the room was perfect. Only issue was traveling to the property with children and heavy luggage was challenging as the property is located at the top of a hill. "

"Absolutely in the middle of everything. Convenient to train station, food and shopping. Also in the middle of a cluster of “love” hotels. My 17 yo son had some interesting late night encounters while walking. All of this was fine. The bathroom on the other hand. Imagine an airplane bathroom, but add a shower that is small. Almost unmanageable and incredibly unenjoyable. If you’re over 5’11 ft tall, just don’t. "

"VERY big room. Separate shower and toilet rooms. Both were very big. Rooms were very clean. Only a 7 minute walk to Shibuya Scramble crossing. This area is the best in Tokyo to see people dressed in cute fashions. We will stay again on our next visit to Japan."

"Check your email before arriving for the checking instructions, they ask to fill up a form with your passport information. This is an amazing location place, you get what you pay. Very close to Shibuya crossing. Nerby 7-Eleven have better supplys"

"Very convenient place to stay. Near rail station that can take you to everywhere. Staff is excellent and you can catch the bus back to Haneda at hotel. I’ll be back!"
