"Connected to everywhere I need to go via underground walkway. Great when the weather is not nice outside and also save a lot of transportation cost. The rooftop barbeque was great. It was a lot of fun. I have a room facing the TV towel and Odori Park wonderful view."

"Tokyu Stay in Sapporo was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with great amenities including a washer and dryer and cooking facilities in the room itself. The staff we very accommodating and generous with their time and hospitality. The went above and beyond to help. The hotel provides free coffee, a generous breakfast along with free icecream (when we stayed there). I do not have anything negative to say...I would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers."

"Very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff and great amenities, including an onsen and convenience store next to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of offerings, many of which were locally sourced. Location is also close to the train station with the option to walk through an underground passageway to/from the station. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff and cleaning crew were great. The location is superb.However the hotel is really dated, they don’t even have a keycard access to use the elevator . I could hear the drain pipes clearly every time someone used a bathroom. The insulation of the hotel is really poor….The hotel did provided free earplugs at reception, but didn’t help at all….the breakfast was great tho."

"We were greeted by a super helpful and kind staff and our stay was very relaxed. The location is central and the fact that the hotel allowed us the in and out privilege into the parking garage ( which is part of the JR station shopping complex) was a plus!"
