"Everything about this hotel was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Perfect location. Excellent amenities. Gorgeous pool, views and spacious rooms. Easy access to beach and beach amenities. Friendly staff, easy access for Ubers/taxis. Noon check-out with luggage storage and continued access to beach/pool/spa. Highly recommend and wish I’d been staying more than only two nights!!!"
"We had a wonderful experience celebrating my daughter’s birthday in Rio de Janeiro. She chose the Nacional Hotel for this special occasion, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the pool, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Diego, who provided exceptional service at all times and made us feel very welcome. My daughter was delighted to find a small birthday cake and a thoughtful greeting note waiting in our room such a lovely surprise that made the celebration even more memorable.

"I have to wait over an hour for the check in. Stuff looking at you at all moments uncomfortable. And the area it’s around the beach to logic be shirt less. And I was told not to be when I was heading to my suit. "

"The property is beautiful. Located right across the street from the beach. The problem is with the staff, they are either incompetent or just don’t care, not all of them, but most. Here is one example..I called for baggage service at 6pm, at 630 after three more calls, my wife and I had to drag 5 bags downstairs (elevators) all the way out to valet. This is not what I would expect for 700$ per night.
I have a few more examples like this which has led us to decide never to stay at this property again. "
