"The room was clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was not that great"

"It was very noisy. I was moved twice and the third one was extremely noisy. It sounded like some kind of construction within the building. They had no drinking water in the room are on the floor you had to go to the first floor to get coffee or water I am diabetic and had left my food that I ordered in the room that I moved from called the front desk to ask if someone could bring my food from the refrigerator in the last room I was in because I no longer had access to the room I was told no and later when I called and asked again, I was told no and I asked could they let me go in the room and retrieve my food from the refrigerator. The young lady asked Somone and replied yes, the staff was cordial. when booking the room I asked for a suite and paid for a suite and explain to them at that time. I had lost my brother and needed a room where I could just rest before going to my granddaughter‘s. Rusty knobs on lamps.. we were there to sleep. Pool was not heated as expected, which was disappointing but it was 30 degrees outside too! It was okay for price. "
