This property was perfect for me especially being a solo traveler! The staff was so friendly and room service was perfect. The internet was kind of bad , but I needed time to unplug anyways

Great, private place with restaurants near by. The weather is excellent and not as hot/humid as the typical weather in El Salvador. The Domes are very spacious and clean. There is excellent views or San Salvador. The staff is friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our visit!

Great place right at the front of Centro Histórico

After 30 years staying at another chain hotel in San Salvador, this was the first time at the Crowne Plaza with my wife for a local wedding. What a great hotel! The SERVICE was fantastic, every employee was most polite and helpful. The hotel FOOD was excellent and not as expensive as I would have expected. Buffet BREAKFAST was included and covered everything needed..omelette chef, fresh juice, and a pupusa stand. PARKING was free, always available and near the hotel entrance. The ROOM was...

My go to hotel in San Salvador. Staff remember guests and are helpful down to the last detail. Taxi drivers working with the hotel are available and reliable. Rooms are comfortable and clean and the restaurant offers good value cousine.

Air conditioning doesn’t stop automatically and rooms doesn’t have small refrigerator

I don't know where to begin. The communication with the staff through email was great, I waited only minutes to get a response. What took the cake for me is that when we pulled up it was raining hard and the young lady working the front desk came out with umbrellas holding them for us to keep the rain off of us, that's customer service I've never expected nor received. The staff is exceptionally helpful and the whole place is run as a comfortable family business. The food is made fresh to order and the beds are firm. The garden is lovely with a few neighbor cars and a small swimming pool to cool off. A really nice experience!

The front lady and Alejandro were amazing. They all above and beyond to make us feel at home. Hotel is super cute and clean. We had a great night sleep! Highly recommend. Very close to everything! :)
