"Great staff and facilities. Good beach at doorstep of hotel. Restaurants within walking distance if you choose to not dine at hotel. Have visited several times and hope to return in the future."

"The staff was great. When they saw how bad my husband's walking was, they switched us to a closer room, without us even asking. The room was very nice, modern and clean. Pools were beautiful and clean. Pool bars had excellent service, and drinks as you like them. My only concern was how thoroughly the non- disposable drink cups were washed? My favorite part was seeing the monkeys playing in the trees near the pools!
The food was ok. Steakhouse was very good. Asian restaurant was excellent. Mexican restaurant was not good. Italian was good,and the buffet had a wide variety so you could find foods to your liking.
It was a very enjoyable vacation, hot and sunny while at home it was frigid and snowy."
"Extremely expensive for what you get. 1st come 1st serve for shuttle and hard to access the city by walk (uphill). Allowing guests to smoke in the pool. Hotel and amenities falling apart (not well kept or maintained). Drinks majorly diluted. Had curdle milk in my coffee, was told by staff that was normal and we're adamant on not changing it. Completely dismissed for 375$ a night we we're expecting alot more. I would rate this hotel a 2-3 star max. "
