"This was our first stay at a 5-star hotel like this and I couldn't say better things about it. The service was incredible, our butters Ana & Sergio where just incredible. Awnsering every question we had, fulling dreams, and setting up surprises. The hotel was a little confusing to navigate with the several locations and properties around the palladium area, but staff as well as the butters had us covered in no time. The drinks at the several bars across the bar where just incredible, bartenders super patient as well as mixing some of the best cocktails i've ever had. All the bars where using only top shelf liquor if not something very close to it. All I gotta say is I will be coming back most definitely, I loved this resort even more then I could have ever imagined and it had treated us so well for me and my girlfriends 3 year anniversary. Thank you to everyone who had hosted us."

"Helpful staff and kind, but not anticipating your needs in a way that would exemplify excellent resort service. Some conflicting information when questions were asked related to dietary restrictions with dining - concierge gave different/unclear answers than the food & beverage director who ultimately had the correct information. The property does have halal chicken supplied throughout the resort which was a huge deciding factor for us choosing this resort/line. The kitchens will even cook food on separate surfaces to avoid contamination; however, the waiters and resort staff+concierge were not educated on this, and it must be coordinated through the F&B director at the beginning of your stay or prior to your stay (through hone or email - highly recommend getting commitments in writing). Cannot be marketed as halal resort due to mixed meats, but the chicken sourced is halal certified and certification can be provided upon request. this information is relevant as of our stay in April 2026 in case they change providers in future - always good to check prior to your stay. Resort layout 10/10 - isolated areas for whatever experience you're looking for (party vs. family or both!) - kids club was a great experience for our 3 year old. Many kids clubs in cancun resorts start at age four so having a 3.5 year old, the min. age being 3 here was a deciding factor for us. Activities daily that we enjoyed participating in. Overall plan to return in future!!"
