"Our stay at the Ibis for our last night in Malaysia was the perfect end to our holiday. The staff were lovely and the room and facilities were great. The only complaint I have was the lack of information about the bus pick up service from KLIA. We struggled to find the pick up spot. Sending the information to guests before their arrival would be helpful. The final suggestion I have would be that the shuttle needs to run longer. With many departures throughout the night a 24 hour shuttle service would make the hotel the perfect place to stay before a flight."
"This is a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and very responsive to all our requests. RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. The convenience of the Paradigm mall next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a good range of shopping and food outlets. We throughly enjoy our 8 days and cannot speak more highly of the hotel, staff and great service."

"The hotel served the purpose of an easily accessible stay in between flights. The room was clean but the property is visibly old and there are no windows so the rooms and hallways had never seen fresh air. Felt stuffed and didn’t look like the pictures I had seen on the app."
"This property was clean and very comfortable bedding. Very close to the airport and near mall but an hour from the city centre. Very basic services room only but all we needed. Airport will rip you off charging 200 for a booked cab to get to hotel but it’s only 50 their money and 30 to the mall. Reception will organise a cab for you at real prices and the cab driver we got to the mall we used to get to the airport.."
