"This is my go to hotel when staying in Liverpool. Great location. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Lovely clean spacious rooms with good views. Breakfast is good but you need to get down early to avoid the queues."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms were modern and well thought-out. Staff efficient and friendly. Complementary soft drinks were a nice touch. Our only gripe was the breakfast which was disappointing to say the least. The continental offering was good quality though not a huge choice. However, the cooked breakfast was poor. It started off promisingly with us being asked to order off menu. We both opted for the veggie English which consisted of one sausage, one egg, half a tomato, some spinach, beans and a vegetable sausage. It was lukewarm on arrival but as we were in a rush we just ate it. The tomato had literally barely touched a pan and was mostly uncooked and the veggie sausage could also have done with a few more minutes. It let down what was otherwise a top class hotel!"

"One of the best hotels in area great friendly staff and helpful even took bags up to our room has we arrived early and left them at reception. Clean room with everything you need including a mini kitchen with microwave fridge coffee maker and kettle with crockery. Lots to do nearby."

"Lots of parking avaliable on site. Che k in was quick and easy.Receptionist was amazing and even gave us a cookie. Room was modern , powerful shower and a fridge. Breakfast was a buffet.The quality of food was 5 star..Asked for ice and ice appeared. Paid for spa access..Swimming pool on the cooler side .Spa pool was like being in the bath.A choice of steam rooms and a sauna. Sat on the spa terrace for a coffee and to admire the view."

"Was was immaculate, bed super comfy, shower was one of the best I have ever used. Only 2 down points, not enough storage space for clothing and only 4 hangers and also no minifridge and that was desperately needed while the weather was so warm. Can't wait to come again and spend some more time there."

"Very pleasantly surprised by all aspects of the hotel. Very clean, the pool was quiet, everything was working, the jacuzzi nice and "strong", the steam room nice and hot with a eucalyptus scent. The changing room was very tidy and clean. We will be back"
