The Biltmore Los Angeles

"The Biltmore is a beautiful hotel, situated in a great location. We were within walking distance of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Broad museum, and the Grand Central Market to name a few points of interest. We were also a reasonable Uber ride from the Citadel Outlets and the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The property was clean, the staff were friendly and the building's historic charm could be found in every room. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in LA."
"When I arrived at the hotel the First Lady was very nice. Went into my room tv not working. Called and inform within 10 mins of checking in. During a 3 hour waiting period we called an additional 2x for the tv to be fixed. Asked for face towels (hand wash cloths) whichever term you prefer. They brought 2 face towels for 3 people in one room. They were not as responsive as they should have been. Went down the next night for utensils. The guy had me standing there while he text only to have me wait for a fork and knife than smugly inform no spoons. The hotel was really quiet and conveniently located that’s the only perk I liked about this place. The room is really small and the bathroom is super small!"

"The hotel exceeded all expectations! Everything was at the highest level — the service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and attention to detail. The view of the city from the 29th floor was absolutely unforgettable! Especially at night when the whole city lights up. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will definitely come back again!"
"Stayed here for a weekend, have never stayed at a Hard rock hotel. The location is in a very busy area where you can walk around several places in the downtowns Gaslamp area
Front desk was busy but once helped they answered any questions I had. "

The only thing I was disappointed with was the parking price was not on the website
