"This issue may have all ready been resolved but when we visited the garage was under repair , not well lit and very scary to walk through at night. Other than that the hotel was in a perfect location and the free shuttle was an unexpected surprise!"

"The front desk staff was very rude. They pressured me to answer questions unrelated to my stay, such as my email address and home address. When I explained that I had already provided that information through Expedia, the staff member replied, “You did not tell me,” in an unfriendly manner.
The room was disappointing. The carpet felt very wet, and the room was extremely noisy. There was also only one piece of tissue left in the tissue box.
Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I definitely will not return, and I would warn my friends to avoid this place.

"Very beautiful and clean hotel. Everything looks brand new and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. The restaurant food and service was superb as well. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the room we stayed in was too loud for me. We were located right next to a stairwell that the door was being opened and closed repeatedly, plus the room was located right above the bustling street. The traffic noise started before 5am and the conversations of the foot traffic went well into the late night making it difficult to go to sleep. I would recommend staying at this hotel, but if I were to stay again I would specify that I want an interior room away from the street and any stairs."
"An attractive city hotel with contemporary rooms and a lux feeling lobby area. Ed and pillow were very good; a/c was robust. Downside: The one working elevator to the guest rooms made transit up and downstairs slow."
