"Room was dirty: stains on blankets, sheets, and towels.
Staff: tall guy around the pull area would allow something one day and change his mind the next. Indoor pool is over crowded. "
"There was plenty of parking and we felt safe to park at the resort. When we arrived on Thursday, the registration line at the cascade area was crowded, but it moved fast and we were checked in about 15 minutes. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful with gorgeous botanical gardens, tropical plants, plenty of waterfalls and nice walking paths. The hotel room was very clean, neat and comfortable. There were multiple dining areas, and small shops; but very pricy. The Soundwaves waterpark was extremely fun and relaxing. However, its probably best to go between May-August when the outdoor water park area is open as well. We really enjoyed the food at the Old Hickory steakhouse and the Cascade breakfast buffet. The relache spa was amazing as well. Also very pricy. But its always great to get a massage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this resort. "
"Room was clean. Beds not too comfy, but I am particular. I would book again. It's great for the price. Still a really nice hotel. Just remember to leave your towel tickets somewhere in the room I think if they don't find them in there it's $40 a towel. The chlorine was really good. Hopefully I will be able to go back next year. Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville - Music City Center
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to Broadway. There was a couple good bars right across the street as well."
"The room was clean, and the creekside balcony with the sounds of water and the wind in the trees was mesmerizing. The view out the other window overlooking an immense sea of green grass was great. The room came with a microwave and tiny but adequate fridge.
The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was dimly lit. It had a good shower.
Overall, a decent stay. "
