"Bus stop across the street and bus passes were included. Ski shuttle very close and free to Lake Louise !
Hot tub area was beautiful but very busy . We were both very itchy after the hot tub so maybe the number of people can affect to water chemicals.

"We had a smaller room with a double bed. We faced the pool side and it was a little noisy with the kids. We could hear voices through the ventilation system. We had a great meal at the Timberwolf restaurant. "

"Staff at reception was busy at their own, they were gossiping and making customers wait too much,
Attitude problem of girl who was at reception. , heater in room not good, no even water for drinking have to pay, coffee machine mo working "
"Nice place to stay with 2 small dogs. We had a ground floor unit, easy for potty breaks for the dogs. Very minimal kitchen dishes, pots, etc. Comfortable bed. Sliding door was hard to open. This is an old property but it’s maintained fine. "
