A huge room with a terrace and a sparkling large bathroom with a shower, wooden tub, and river views. Fridge stocked with beer and soft drinks and a washer-dryer for longer stays. None of this comes cheap but go and enjoy."

"We had an excellent stay - great location, comfortable bed - we enjoyed the bar at the end of the day. Fabulous little Izakaya adjacent to the property, and a nice little coffee shop (O'Kaffe) around the corner. Close to the subway (Shijo) and to the Nishiki Market. Good breakfast, two variations - so, maybe for ok two mornings, not for four. Excellent staff."
