"Poor communication that we were given a larger room with one bed and a roll away bed would be brought up. We weren’t told that. Went upstairs and thought we were given the wrong room. Went back down to explain and it was only then that they told us they would be bringing a roll away. No lotion in room. No washclothes. The restaurant is mediocre. "
"Book for two nights, first the tv wasn’t working , the technician couldn’t fix it that’s fine. In the morning I woke up sweating all over my body the room became very hot, I called to front desk that the unit is not working and she is telling me we are still in march it is cold outside, which is very ridiculous. They didn’t offer to go another room or something instead they told to check out. Very rude and horrible place to stay out , very inconvenient…"

"The front desk are not friendly at all. They have an attitude specially when we checked out. She would let me use the bathroom at the lobby minutes after we checked out. I would never recommend this place to anyone she gave the whole not so good impression on the property a more worse experience so no. We will never come back. "
