"First room 503 had issue with lights n power , went to front desk and they help change room to 404 and then stay was great ! Love bench view even though weather was not great ."

"Whomever the front desk employee named Denise had the nastiest attitude. She said I could read the directions myself because I was looking at a prompt with all my information on it claiming it was a credit card when it was rewards to sign up for choice hotels. Rushed my check in. When I got into my room the telephone wasn’t working. She had an attitude about assisting with that. Another staff mildly annoyed switch us to another room on the same floor and the room keys randomly deactivate during our stay! Small pool, no hot tub! Breakfast is mid!"
