"This hotel offers patients who are having surgery or visiting the hospital discounts on their stay make sure you check in directly with the hotel or ask Expedia to reduce the rate that is posted if you are in fact doing a hospital stay. I am asking that Expedia refund some of our money to reflect that discount "
"The hotel and room were all very nice. The breakfast was very good. However, we were there when an entire travel hockey team of middle school kids were there for the night. The kids were completely unsupervised while they were in the hote swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub said no more than 5 people at a time and there was 15 of them in there. The kids were throwing furniture into the pool. The parents were in the next room not even aware of what was happening. One kid about 15 years old was choking on water he swallowed and was spitting it all over the pool. Was really gross. We complained to the staff at the hotel but there was not much they could do. "
"Property was fine but service was lacking. No effort to service the room daily as only the towels were refreshed and garbage removed. No beds were made, no coffee replaced (used cups left by the coffee maker & coffee pods not replaced). A problem with widow blinds was reported but no action taken after 2 days waiting."
