"I have stayed in the past, however this time I was surprised at how rundown and dirty it was!
Not only was the room dirty, but they also hadn't taken the time to even straightened up lamps and chairs that are falling apart.
Art has been removed from walls, yet they haven't bothered to clean the walls, a visible dirty outline remains.
Sadly, I recommended this hotel on my past experience only to be told, they had less then great experience and would not be staying there again. (EG Pool of blood on mattress that had been flipped to cover it. however, mattress toper was not one you can turn over it didn't feel right, so they investigated it. only to be horrified at the find.
This was the second room they had been moved to due to uncleanliness.
Breakfast wait was over 1 1/2 hour wait in the restaurant.
We were not asked about our stay on check out, and we didn't bother as we overheard them talking about the number of complaints they already had.
We will not be recommending or coming back."
"We booked a room for 6. Tried to book parking through the hotel to get transferred overseas to someone who had no idea and could barely speak English. Also the room Only had 4 towels, tried calling the contacting the 24 hour reception multiple times to get no answer. Went downstairs to find no one at the 24 hour reception. Had to call the hotel direct to get in contact with them to ask for additional towels to get told we don’t have enough. Also had to request the staff to fix the main tv as they didn’t work. Also stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear a lot of traffic. For the price for 6 people was okay but we wont be staying again."
"The hotel is amazing and central to everything you need! Only encountered one rude staff member who clearly didn't like his job in the bar downstairs
But other then that the whole stay was awesome

"Unsure of what his name was but there was a very lovely man who worked at the reception brown hair and glasses working on both Friday and Sunday morning. He was very nice and helpful and made the stay better."
