"Our stay at this ryokan in Hakone was truly unforgettable. The personalized service was unmatched — every detail was thoughtfully handled, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The 9-course kaiseki dinner was absolutely amazing, beautifully presented and full of incredible flavors. Breakfast was also delicious and well prepared. The public onsen was serene and beautifully maintained, and the private onsen with its spectacular view was the highlight of our stay. A truly special experience we would highly"
"Room extremely clean and modern. A lot more room than expected from a typical hotel in Japan. Separate standing shower and toilet rooms were a pleasant surprise. Staff were warm and welcoming. Unlike other hotels in Japan, the staff will not store your luggage. You must utilize the luggage lockers provided. Once you check out, the locker become unavailable to you. Largest locker size will not accommodate larger luggage dimensions (could not fit my 28 inch luggage)."
"Staff was amazing. Location was a hike and that’s on Expedia for not say free hotel transfer. Onsen was breath taking. Had dinner at the Gora brewery and it’s not brewery food. They collab with Nobu and it was great. Beer ehhhh! All in all-AMAZING!"
