"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."

"Location is perfect for shinkansen, metro and train. The room has great view, cleaning, amenities and comfort. All Staff(concierge, bellboy, reception, restaurants, lounge, room service, cleaning) were helpful, excellent and they do their work with extra care.
