"Beautiful hotel located in the perfect location! I chose this hotel so that I could walk to everything that I was doing while in Santiago. It worked out perfectly! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I arrived early and the front desk worked hard to get me in a room right away. The bartenders were fabulous and so fun! And our servers at the restaurant were great! And the food was wonderful! My son and I spent time out by the pool and the view was spectacular! We literally had the perfect stay! I would highly recommend this hotel!"
"The location is pretty good, it’s clean, but the amenity is poor. We booked a room for two adults, they just supply one tooth brush cup and one mock tower. By the way the towers are old and not clean enough. The bathroom door is sliding down authority with noise. Tiny sink top for personal stuff. You can hear the neighbors’ voice. The TV, poor channel choice. And we can’t use our own YouTube or Netflix or even casting."
