6/10 Okay
"Property would have been fine for the price but the bed was so old.. we rolled toward the middle all night. Room service was fine … we didn’t have high expectations for the deal
Dirty broken drain in center of bathroom.
Needs some TLC "
"Outdoor facilities were great. Rooms are dated, left much to be desired. Staff was great. Drinks were plentiful. Food was a B-. Shows were okay. A lot less busy than the Riu next door which was nice. The waterpark was good but no food and drinks were limited. March is hot…like 95-105 hot so be prepared. "
"It’s nothing like Costa Rica, and they destroyed ann estuary to build it, so it’s in a way the opposite of what Costa Rica means to many.
That being said, it’s a beautifully maintained resort with friendly staff and plenty to do for a few nights stay. "
"This resort is like paradise absolutely stunning!! My only complaint was there was a peacock bird that is kept on the grounds that screams throughout the night and did wake us up so I would suggest bringing a sound machine"
