"I loved the place. Clean, good air quality (!), safe, convenient (kitchen, washing machine, iron, grocery stores in the building), QUIET, walkable distance to the US embassy and the city park with a river walk. The National Museum of Kazakstan is relatively close. We spent there 4 nights. The only minor issues were the absence of the easily accessible playground and busy elevators. But overall, I highly recommend the place. This is a VERY GOOD DEAL."

"Being a first time visitor from Australia I was helped out by the young man who checked me in. He helped me out with all the local restaurants and other places. Especially encouraged me to try the local horse meat. Great choice. Very friendly staff and great location and well kept hotel. Breakfast was also great value and quality. Highly recommend this place. "
