"Room was clean. Good breakfast. Only downside. We got a call from front office stating we were walking too heavy. Complaints from room below. How the hell do you walk heavy. We were on the bed watching TV and in bed by 10:00. We are 70 years old. How do you walk heavy to disturb room below. Sounds like you need better insulation if it’s a problem. "

"I had picked a king size bed and got two queens. It was ok but what’s the point of picking when you don’t get what you asked for. The bathroom for a nice hotel was very small."

"Good, clean room. Very spacious. The communication with the hotel leave a lot to be desired. I was only able to talk with an AI bot and my questions weren’t answered. It was never mentioned that the shuttle is $10 each way and parking is $8 a night"

"This is the best deal in Kansas City. Advantages: Inexpensive, clean rooms, VERY kind and helpful staff, amazing breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, eggs, make-your-own waffles, bagels, juice, coffee, Danishes, milk, biscuits and gravy, and probably some things I forgot!), convenient location, free early check-in (1:00pm). Disadvantages: Currently partially under renovation, across the street from a semi (tractor trailer) "graveyard", small rooms (which we don't actually mind), require a $100 deposit if booked through hotels.com (I probably should have seen that coming!)."
