"Hotel was brilliant, really spacious room, with regular cleaning and lots of room to unpack and spacious bathroom and shower. Service was fantastic really welcoming and helpful when looking after bags after checkout. Rooms were quiet even in a busier area and great to have option on public baths too if that's your thing. Good location short walk into central Kyoto and loved the premium feel of this stay. "

"Great wee hotel, located away from the busy area but very easy walking distance. Excellent breakfast choices, and free drinks machine (hot and cold) all day, comfortable beds, clean and tidy. Hotel staff were lovely. Everything we needed for a fantastic stay in Kyoto."

"Perfect stay for Kyoto. Immediately nice vibe in the lobby and the staff were helpful and friendly. There’s a subway right around the corner. Room comfortable and quiet, and the shower is the best we’ve had on this trip. Yes the rooms are small but that is universal for anywhere in Japan. Loved this hotel, would stay again. Appreciated the free bakery and juice/coffee items too, and the customisable water bottle! "
