"Room is spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and good service. The only down fall…since the building is old, every 6-7am we can clearly hear the footsteps, opening/closing of the cabinet and closing of the upstairs door room. It feels annoying and disturbing from our sleeps. "

"Unfortunately, the heat was off in the hotel and it was very cold. They did bring us a heater however it blew the breaker. The TV also was unable to work. Couldn’t watch a movie and the cable would not come in clear. The TV repair man did come, but he also couldn’t fix it. Just unfortunate. Nothing was done about any of it. Parking was very hard to get to, but the valet was nice not cheap tho 85$ plus "

"Great location and great staff. Rooms are slightly dated in some areas, but room was very spacious and had a nice modern bathroom. "

I was traveling alone with three children and a dog and the valet staff kindly helped bring our belongings to the room and look after our vehicle during check-in. The cleaning staff made several attempts to refresh the room with clean towels etc while we were out * about which demonstrated excellent customer service. "

"The pool was so cold and now towels anytime we went. We were on the 24th floor so nice view, but the windows arent properly sealed so the wind howling all night kept my children and I awake. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The parking garage only has hotel access from level 2, so if you have to park on L5 its quite inconvenient for families with younge children (stollers, luggage, ect.)"
