"Food was good but the hotel room we stayed is really outdated. Especially the washroom. It needs a lot of renovation. The shower takes a lot of time to warm up and once you turn it to hot, it will not go back to cold water even if you turn the knob. The washroom doesn’t look like they clean it that much. The small pool on the side needs some renovation as well. It is dar from the photos they post online or on their website. Their nightly shows needs more improvement as well."
"I loved most every thing about this resort. Workers are amazing, from bartenders to food servers and watching their cleaners was actually a treat!! They all worked hard and most importantly in a +ve nature. They remembered you from the 1st drink you ordered from them, amazing."
"The property was in good condition. There are a couple things that bothered me. The staff near my room building continued to want me to stop and get information about returning. I had not even started my vacation and already felt them wasting my time trying to listen to promotions. Also the buffet staff were trying to take my plate 5 minutes after I started eating. In one instance the waitress told me 3 times that they will be closing the buffet in 15 minutes. If I still had 15 minutes to eat I don’t see why they had to continue to bother me. One time notice would have been enough.

"Food was not good. The buffet diner was decent. We stayed for 5 days and were only allowed a total of 2 reservations for the restaurants, and they had to be made 2 days in advance. The beach is really small and is next to the pier so lots of big boats coming in and out. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. The only live entertainment they offered was singing and piano playing in the lounge in the front of the hotel later in the evening. They did do some games at the pool but no shows. Overall was not bad but probably won’t stay again"
