"Visited the pool. It was small but cozy. Lots of sun bathers. Location was not at the city centre, it near the airport. Nevertheless, it was alright. Easy to get around with uber/bolt. The rooms are decent and the complimentary coffee and tea are a treat. For the price, it was a great deal."
"If you need somewhere to stay near the Oriente station or the airport the placement of the hotel is ideal. There are good restaurant options within walking distance and Guilty was also good the hotel has a musty/damp odor though and our air conditioner was leaking water from condensation in the room enough to create a large puddle by the door by morning."

"We had such an incredible 4-night stay that I can't stop raving about the exceptional service! Not only is the hotel stunning with such great facilities, the staff go above and beyond. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt at home.
The doormen do not let you lift a finger; they're there offering help before you can even say hello. The guest services staff were incredible -- especially Antonio and his lovely colleague (I can't recall her name) who played with our 1 and 5 year old children each time they saw them. Our daughter was ill during the trip and the hotel facilitated a private Drs visit to our room (at a fee) which made a huge difference to the rest of our stay.
The pool is a great temperature, spa facilities and massage were fantastic, breakfast was vast and there is a comfortable shuttle that operates every 30 minutes to the town centre.
