"A great place to stay and have fun in Vegas and for sure to go to the Sphere. The rooms are clean. But remember do not touch any item in the cold fridge or the snacks on counter they are all set up for weight. As explained to me by bellhop. If you move it or touch it considered you just bought it, cost me $14.00 for touching chocolate covered raisins I barely touched it, wam instant charge to room called refreshments Also dropped something on the floor under the bed I found an old water bottle from who knows when, clipped toenails and lots of paper trash. I mentioned it to housekeeping they said the vacuums don’t make it under the bed. Me as a customer had no problem squatting down grabbing the bottle they could do the same thing Other then that the place is great"
"I had a great time. The only thing I would change is the communication between the valet and the hotel staff. I ended up having to pay the valet as well as for self parking and I’m still waiting on being reimbursed. Valet contacted the front desk while I was waiting for my car and requested that the self parking fees be reversed and it’s been almost 3 weeks and I have not received any credits"
"Excalibur is conveniently located and has a fun theme my family liked. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms do not seem to be efficiently cleaned or maintained properly. I booked 3 rooms. One did not have a working TV, the other had 2 body wash bottles in the shower instead of a wash and a shampoo, our room still had chips/crumbs on the chair when we arrived; and all rooms were dusty.
The casino is entertaining, the kids enjoyed the large arcade area and we frequented the shops as well as the food court on the second floor. We fully enjoyed the Tournament of Kings dinner and show offered at the resort."
