"Excellent location in Midtown with transport nearby and the local tourist attractions serving as an easy reference point across from the hotel to find our way there each day. The staff were truly wonderful, particularly Mouctar. We arrived after changing hotels at the last minute to a Hilton. As we sorted out this stressful situation out Mouctar was so patient, kind and understanding. We were very grateful. Our room was also kept spotless by the lovely cleaning staff. Vito on the attractions desk was also fantastic, thanks to him for organising the well planned excursions. A wonderful holiday and we’d highly recommend the hotel and staff. "

"Romers was perfectly situated within short walking distance to Times Square, the theatre district, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and the subway for all points beyond. The hotel was convenient for everything my teenage son and I wanted to see, but quiet for sleep. The front desk and door staff were especially friendly, kind and helpful. We felt safe, capable of getting to every site via the subway less than half a block away, and enjoyed nearby restaurants & sites. We would definitely stay again!"
