"The room was nice. It was clean pretty basic standard hotel room. The breakfast was good as far as a free breakfast comes the one thing that really threw me off was the pool. It felt very odd to just have my two kids my husband and myself in the pool while I'm very anxious kid was probably about 20 was just watching us swim. It felt kind of voyeuristic to be honest besides that it was fine. I think it just doesn't make sense that kids under 18 can't go in there without a parent, but there's also a very anxious and nervous lifeguard, but besides that good time and I don't regret staying there. "

"I needed a room in a pinch after the hotel id originally booked canceled my room. The front desk person made sure i was able to check in seamlessly. The Ramada gets my vote! They have free breakfast with a good selection, and i have no complaints. The room was tidy, and the bathroom was stocked with more towels than i could shake a stick at. Location is safe, not sketchy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, my experience was very pleasant. "

Senaida stands out for her kindness and attentiveness—she truly represents what hospitality is all about. I have no complaints about the facilities, and the location is excellent, with easy access to Manhattan (about a 20-minute bus ride). If you want to experience the kind of genuine hospitality that feels harder to find these days, this is definitely a place worth staying."
