"This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."

"David our host was very warm, welcoming and hospitable. A lovely property in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of walks around. Easily accessible by bus from the city. A cooked / continental breakfast is an added bonus. The local village has an amazing pub (Spylaw) with very good food and friendly service and a good family run Italian restaurant ( Dante’s). My husband and I stayed in a very spacious en-suite double bedroom which was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this...

Great location for Haymarket station, pubs and restaurants nearby, hotel is located on a lovely quiet historic street with a few other small b&bs."

"An excellent and restful place to land in Edinburgh, convenient to airport and the Royal Mile etc. The parking is a real plus. Both rooms we stayed in were small but well-appointed. with very comfortable beds if rather small bathrooms. Very helpful staff and delicious breakfasts."
