"This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."

"A well-equipped hotel in a quiet location. Historic architecture. Comfortable and clean. The room has everything you'll need for a few days. The floors are carpeted. They also provide slippers, which many hotels don't offer. There was a kettle and tea and coffee as gift. It's within walking distance of central locations. There's also a large park in front. Easy check-in and check-out. We stayed for four nights and I think everything was fine."

"Excellent spot to stay in Edinburgh, short 10 minute walk to city centre (flat straight road) with Haymarket itself a lovely area with plenty of bars, restaurants etc right on the doorstep of the hotel. Incredibly easy to get to with public transport with Train, Tram and Bus stops all within about 200 yards connecting to Airport, centre and beyond. The property is very well maintained and for the price we paid was excellent value compared to similar style properties in Edinburgh"
