"Room was clean, newly refurbished and very nicely furnished and decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. The food was excellent and the bar service was great. The hotel had not long reopened after refurbishment, so there were a few teething problems during my stay, but the staff were friendly, helpful and resolved everything quickly. I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. "

Beautifully appointed room, everything you need without having to ask. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for such a high end hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Leicester. And such close proximity to Leicester Rugby Stadium for any rugby fans. "

"Stayed here for the first time and will definitely revisit. The breakfast had a good variety but could do with more veggie and halal options. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and croissants on top of the breakfast which was free with the stay. We found the room and bathroom clean but the light switches did not cleverly work ftom the bedside. There was plenty parking at no extra cost. "

"Very nice property very clean throughout. 3 sinle beds in room, 55"TV, Fridge in room with access to Kitchen. Plenty of on street parking. Bus stop just outside to city centre with chip shop and Tesco a few minutes down the road. Recommend property and would stay again."

"Young lady at reception was very helpfull, at check in, explained everything that we needed to know, and even offered help with our luggage. En -Suite triple room, was very clean and cosy, with the radiator on an added bonus. Local shops and pub nearby and only 15-20 minute walk to the City centre. We would stay here again, as great value, with free parking and early check- in an added bonus"

"The room was really clean, it had a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was really clean too. The location is amazing, next to things such as Iceland, the Range and a few other big chains. We had a heating problem of which the receptionist and house keeper helped us out within 10 mins of raising the issue. Would defo stay again. "
